At Vitesse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Print your prepaid shipping label and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
